You can delete your otoreply account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the otoreply app and sign in.
- Go to your business Settings.
- Choose Delete business and confirm.
This removes your business and all of its data — profile, catalogs, links, contacts, and connected-account records — from the Service and from public view.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will verify your identity and process the deletion.
Disconnecting Instagram / Meta
If you connected an Instagram account, you can revoke otoreply’s access at any time:
- In the app: open Social Accounts and disconnect the account, or open Automation and disable/delete your rules.
- On Instagram/Meta: go to your account’s Apps and Websites settings and remove otoreply. This immediately revokes our access token and stops all comment/DM automation.
What gets deleted, and when
- We remove your data from the Service and from public view when you delete your business. Full erasure from backups and internal systems is completed within days.
- Connected-account access is disabled so no further actions (such as comment or message automation) are taken on your behalf. You can also revoke access directly from your Instagram/Meta settings at any time.
- Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax, accounting) or for fraud prevention and security; these are deleted when no longer required.
- Content you published publicly (e.g. your public page) is removed from public visibility as part of deletion.
For automated processing, our data-deletion endpoint is available at
